Christine Mitchell’s career in real estate spans 35 years. Christine’s first award winning years in real estate were with RE/MAX in Southwestern Ontario. Since that time Christine has owned a brokerage with two franchises with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Royal LePage Real Estate Services while partnering with new home construction businesses achieving over 50% market share.
Christine’s coaching and mentoring experience began with Meredith Corporation of De Moines, Iowa. She was instrumental in the development of the Royal LePage Academy assisting Realtors at all stages of their careers to excel to new levels. While with each Brokerage, Christine has authored and written several real estate training courses and programs.
Christine joined TD Bank as Area Manager of the TD Mobile Mortgage sales force for the Burlington Oakville area. Realtor relations were a key to the twenty two percent growth in over all business within two business years, through relationships with the highly productive Realtors in her market area. While with TD Bank, Christine completed the TD Management Program.
Subsequently, Christine managed with RE/MAX Professionals and REMAX Legacy in Mississauga overseeing branches with over all management and development of the brokerage training and development of support staff and Realtors alike. Technology investment was a prime are of focus with these brokerages that Christine managed.
As Regional Manager for Sotheby International Realty Canada, Christine mentored Realtors in the Niagara and West GTA towards a luxury brand acceptance. In this role with Sotheby, Christine was an active member of the National Growth Committee.
While at Royal LePage, Christine was the Vice President and Divisional Manager of Luxury Division of Royal LePage, Toronto. Her expertise in Toronto and area real estate was furthered in role of the Toronto West Area Manager position for Royal LePage in Etobicoke.
Christine’s achievements include 6 national marketing awards for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and sales awards as a selling Broker with REMAX. Christine was co-author of Working it Out addressing restructuring through escalating interest rate environments. As well she was a member of the Personal Liaison Committee representing agricultural issues to the Government of Can
Christine is a graduate of Steven Friedman Business Development Systems, is a mentor for both Buffini International and Richard Robbins International, Judy Ladeur Academy, and recently the Mike Staver Coaching Series from Chicago, Illinois.
Christine has participated in Leader Impact in a Business Leadership Mission to Querétaro Mexico as an international lecturer on ethical business management. Most recently, Christine chaired the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, Western Toronto Golf Tournament Committee to donate the $20,000 proceeds of the tournament to the local women’s shelter of choice.
